摘要
为实现室内空气智能调节,需对空调系统进行调试,并安装空调自动控制系统。以阿尔及利亚外交部新办公大楼项目为例,介绍复杂空调系统的调试方法及空调自动控制系统原理。研究表明:单机性能调试、风管测点布置、风量平衡调试、末端调试是复杂空调系统调试的主要组成部分,调试操作的规范程度对复杂空调系统的调试效率产生影响;采用流量等比分配法结合分级调试的方法,可提高复杂空调系统风量调试效率;DDC控制器是空调自动控制系统核心部件,因此需重视DDC控制器体系的安装质量。
In order to realize the intelligent regulation of indoor air,the contractor needs to adjust the airconditioning system and install the air-conditioning automatic control system.Taking the new office building project of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Algeria as an example,this paper introduces the adjustment method of the complicated air-conditioning system and the principle of air conditioning automatic control system.The results show that performance adjustment of single machine,arranging measuring points on the air pipes,balance adjustment of air volume,terminal adjustment are the main components of the adjustment of a complicated airconditioning system.The degree of standardization of the adjustment operation will have an impact on the efficiency of the air volume adjustment of the complicated air-conditioning system.Using the equal ratio distribution of rate of flow method combined with the layered adjustment method can improve the efficiency of the air volume adjustment of the complicated air-conditioning system.The DDC controller is the core component of the air-conditioning automatic control system,and the contractor needs to pay attention to the installation quality of the DDC controller system.
