摘要
主要介绍团体标准T/CPCA 6046-2022《埋置或嵌入铜块印制电路板规范》标准的制定背景、编制过程、主要内容及该技术规范的意义。希望该标准能更好地适应技术的发展,为行业提供相应参考与支持。
This paper mainly introduced the background,compilation process,main contents and significance of standard T/CPCA 6046-2022 Specification for PCB with buried or embedded copper coin.It is hoped that the standard can better adapt to the development of technology and provide corresponding reference and support.
