摘要
聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)生产装置在回收四氢呋喃(THF)过程中会产生大量有机废水,其中含有2%左右的有机物,主要成分为3-丁烯-1-醇,约占85%左右。对于3-丁烯-1-醇的分离,提出了萃取法回收的工艺方案,利用Aspen软件对3-丁烯-1-醇及各溶剂的液-液相平衡数据进行模拟试验,回归拟合得到二元交互参数,并对萃取工艺进行模拟计算,对于80℃、3-丁烯-1-醇含量为2%的PBT废水,确定了适宜的萃取剂对二甲苯,萃取温度为80℃,萃取比为10,在此条件下,经萃取处理后的废水水含量可达99.4%以上,萃取剂中对二甲苯含量为99.8%以上。
In the process of recovering tetrahydrofuran(THF),the polybutylene terephthalate(PBT)production plant will generate a large amount of organic waste water,which contains about 2%organic matter,and the main component is 3-buten-1-ol,which accounts for about 85%.For the separation of 3-buten-1-ol,a process scheme for extraction recovery was proposed.The Aspen software was used to simulate the liquid-liquid phase equilibrium data of 3-buten-1-ol and each solvent,and the regression fit was performed.The binary interaction parameters were obtained,and the extraction process was simulated.For the PBT wastewater with 3-buten-1-ol content of 2%at 80℃,the appropriate extraction agent paraxylene was determined.When the extraction temperature was 80℃,the extraction ratio is 10.Under this condition,the water content of the wastewater after extraction treatment can reach more than 99.4%,and the content of paraxylene in the extraction agent is more than 99.8%.
