摘要
回顾性分析1例经长期多靶点(甘露特钠联合美金刚、多奈哌齐)治疗的精神状态良好的阿尔茨海默病患者的认知功能及日常生活能力改变情况,为长期多靶点治疗方案的有效性及安全性提供依据。
To provide evidence for the effectiveness and safety of long-term multi-target therapy,we retrospectively analyzed the changes in cognitive function and daily living ability of a patient with Alzheimer’s disease treated with long-term multi-target therapy(sodium oligomannate combined with memantine and donepezil).
