摘要
在HDI板二氧化碳激光钻孔机生产过程中,孔底部侧壁难免会出现不同程度的玻纤残留。文章通过对二氧化碳激光钻孔机的设备改造升级,将最初的高斯分布的波形变换为扁平式的波形彻底改善激光钻孔的盲孔加工效果,以保证微盲孔的小型化和电镀后的质量需求。
In the production process of the HDI boards by carbon dioxide laser drilling machine,it is inevitable that there will be varying degrees of glass fiber residue on the side wall at the bottom of the hole.The article transforms the original Gaussian distribution waveform into a flat waveform by upgrading the equipment of the carbon dioxide laser drilling machine to completely improve the blind hole processing effect of laser drilling,so as to ensure the miniaturization of the micro blind hole and the quality after electroplating need.
