摘要
以硝酸铟(In(NO_(3))_(3)·x H_(2)O)、对苯二甲酸(H_(2)BDC)、六水合硝酸钴(Co(NO;)·6H_(2)O)为原料,首先采用一锅油浴法合成了含有Co^(2+)的铟基金属有机框架材料(MOFs)Co^(2+)/CPP-3(In)材料,然后在450℃下焙烧制备Co_(3)O_(4)/In_(2)O_(3)复合物气敏材料,将Co_(3)O_(4)/In_(2)O_(3)复合物的粉体制作成传感器,并对其气敏性能进行研究。利用扫描电子显微镜和X射线衍射仪(XRD)对双金属MOFs Co^(2+)/CPP-3(In)材料和Co_(3)O_(4)/In_(2)O_(3)复合物进行表征,采用静态配气法测试其气敏性能。结果表明,Co_(3)O_(4)/In_(2)O_(3)(n_(Co):n_(In)=0.4:1)样品的形貌保留了其MOFs前驱体的棒状结构,棱柱形框架更为突出,表面呈凹陷状,棒体中间粗两边细,六角截面和棒体均布满了孔洞。结合EDX和XRD表征结果,Co^(2+)/CPP-3(In)MOFs前驱体完全转化成Co_(3)O_(4)/In_(2)O_(3)复合物;Co_(3)O_(4)/In_(2)O_(3)(n_(Co):n_(In)=0.4:1)复合物在70℃下对5×10^(-6)H_(2)S的气敏性能最优,响应值达到153,是同条件下纯In_(2)O_(3)对H_(2)S响应值的5倍,并且有较好的重复性、选择性和稳定性。
Using indium nitrate(In(NO_(3))_(3)·x H_(2)O),terephthalic acid(H_(2)BDC)and cobalt nitrate hexahydrate(Co(NO_(3))_(3)·6H_(2)O)as raw materials,firstly the indium based organic framework materials(MOFs)containing Co^(2+)Co^(2+)/CPP-3(In)were synthesized by one-pot oil bath method.Then the Co_(3)O_(4)/In_(2)O_(3)composite gas sensitive materials were prepared by calcining at 450℃.The powder of Co_(3)O_(4)/In_(2)O_(3)composites were made into sensors,and its gas sensitive performance was studied.The bimetallic MOFs Co;/CPP-3(In)materials and Co_(3)O_(4)/In_(2)O_(3)composites were characterized by scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The gas sensitive properties of the Co_(3)O_(4)/In_(2)O_(3)composites were tested by static gas distribution method.The results show that the morphology of Co_(3)O_(4)/In_(2)O_(3)(n_(Co):n_(In)=0.4:1)samples retains the rod-like structure of MOFs precursor,the prism frame is more prominent,the surface is more concave,the rod is thick in the middle and thin on both sides,and the hexagonal section and the body of rods are full of holes.Combined with EDX and XRD results,the MOFs precursor of Co^(2+)/CPP-3(In)is completely transformed into Co_(3)O_(4)/In_(2)O_(3)complex.Co_(3)O_(4)/In_(2)O_(3)(n_(Co):n_(In)=0.4:1)composites have the best gas sensitivity to 5×10^(-6)H_(2)S at 70℃,and the response value is 153,which is 5 times of the response value of pure In_(2)O_(3)to H_(2)S under the same conditions,and have good repeatability,selectivity and stability.
