摘要
本工程地基基础形式采用筏形基础,在基础桩施工前需先施工试验桩,并进行相关试验检测后,以设计施工图为依据。为确保施工进度,在开挖深度未到达槽底标高时,提出了“双层护筒、消磨助力、桩身检测、精准验证”的施工方法,及时为设计单位提供了基础桩的有关数据,确保了工程进度及质量安全。合理采用深基坑试验桩双护筒施工技术,可为类似工程施工提供参考。
This project adopted raft foundation and foundation pile construction started after construction of test pile and related tests according to the design drawings.To guarantee the construction schedule,the construction method of double-layer casing,friction reduction,pile body test and accurate specification was proposed before the excavation reaching the bottom elevation and related data about the foundation pile were provided to the design unit to guarantee the construction schedule,quality and safety.This paper introduced the deep foundation pit test pile double-casing construction technique,providing references for similar projects.
