摘要 高能同步辐射光源项目建筑面积大,结构体系具有超高、超重、大跨度的特点,对模板支撑架搭设要求高,通过对具有多种复杂结构体系特点进行研究,对模板支撑架的分析、设计,综合考虑非常规混凝土荷载、预应力施工、环型及不规则平面结构等综合影响因素,确定合理的支撑方案,在施工过程中,对支撑的关键部位、关键工序进行严格把控,较好地完成了结构施工,对同类工程的施工具有积极的借鉴意义。 The high energy Synchrotron light source project Gross leasable area is large,the structural system has the ultra–high,the overweight,the long span characteristic,to the template support frame erection request is high,this article through has carried on the research to have many kinds of complex structural system characteristic,in the analysis and design of formwork support frame,the reasonable support scheme is determined by considering the non–conventional concrete load,pre–stress construction,ring–type and irregular plane structure,etc.,to support the key parts,key processes to strictly control,better completed the structure of construction,the construction of similar projects have positive reference.
