摘要
高能同步辐射光源(HEPS)项目在满足混凝土性能指标的前提下,降低水化热,收缩值低,采用正交试验设计配合比,通过抗压强度、绝热温升、收缩值为试验指标,以水胶比、每立方米胶材总量、矿物掺合料取代量进行正交分析,确定最终超长环形结构混凝土配合比。
Under the precondition of satisfying the concrete property indexes, the high energy photon source(HEPS) project reduced the hydration heat and has low shrinkage. Orthogonal experimental design mixing proportion was used to take compress strength, adiabatic temperature rise and shrinkage value as test indexes, to use water to binder ratio, total binder per cubic meter, mineral admixture replacement quantity for orthogonal analysis, so as to determine the concrete mixing ratio of super-long circular structure.
