摘要
高能同步辐射光源(HEPS)项目建成后将成为探索物质内部结构与变化过程强有力的科学工具。为保证高能电子束流能够在储存环隧道中处于同一绝对平面内运动,要求本科学装置C 15素混凝土地基处理达到纳米级微振动标准:振动频率在1~100 Hz的地面振动在1 s内的均方根位移积分小于25 nm;微米级地基不均匀沉降标准:储存环隧道不均匀沉降限值10μm/10 m/year。这就需要形成120000 m3连续环形地基,并使其成为一个整体。从混凝土密度、弹性模量、泊松比、剪切波速和施工工艺等方面进行研究,从而达到防微振指标。
After completion,high energy photon source project will become a valuable scientific device to explore internal structure and changing process of substances.To ensure the high energy electron beam flow to move on the same absolute plane as the storage ring tunnel,C15 plain concrete foundation treatment of this scientific device reached nanometer microvibration standard,such as integral displacement of root mean square of 1-100Hz ground vibration frequency within 1 second is smaller than 25 nm;standard for uneven settlement of micrometer foundation is that the uneven settlement limit of the storage ring tunnel is 10μm/10 m/year.12,0000 m3 continuous ring foundation needs to be built and be integrated into a whole.This paper covered researches on concrete density,elastic modulus,Poisson’s ratio,shear wave velocity and construction process,with the purpose to reach the antimicrovibration indexes.
