摘要
高能同步辐射光源项目屋面设计为环形,金属屋面板为直立锁边板,金属板设计具有多曲面、多坡度、较小半径弯弧、交界面众多等特点,对屋面板的加工、安装精度要求极高,施工中通过深化设计,对材料进行精确定位和放样,通过专用加工机械制作,对屋面板及外墙多曲面进行现场拼装,实现了环形屋面的精确安装,保证了工程实体质量,为大科学装置类特殊建筑提供了有益的技术经验。
The metallic roof of high energy photon source project was designed as a ring shape and is made of standing seam plate with characteristics of multi-curved surface, multi-slope, small radius arch and multiple interfaces, having very high requirements for roof plate processing and installation accuracy. After in-depth design during construction, accurate positioning and sampling were carried out and special processing machine was used for on-site installation of roof plate and multi-curved surface on external wall, realizing accurate installation of ring roof, ensuring the construction quality and providing effective technical experiences for special building of large scientific facility.
