摘要
高能同步辐射光源项目实验大厅中储存环隧道具有防辐射功能结构,隧道外环为重晶石混凝土墙体,且沿环周长为不规则弧形锯齿型,实现锯齿墙定位、重晶石混凝土防辐射功能,是该工程的关键技术难点。在施工中利用GPS+全站仪测量方法进行锯齿墙、出光孔预埋管精确定位,采用定制整体钢模板,优化混凝土配比,研究制订重晶石混凝土浇筑、振捣、养护措施,保证了超长锯齿墙浇筑质量,为同类工程提供了可借鉴的施工技术经验和方法。
Storage ring tunnel in the experimental hall of high energy photon source project has anti-radiation functional structure. The outer ring of tunnel is the barite concrete wall and it is of irregular arch zigzag shape along the perimeter. Therefore, realizing ratchet wall positioning, barite concrete anti-radiation are key technical difficulties in this project. During construction, GPS plus total station were used to realize accurate positioning of ratchet wall and lighting hole pre-embedded pipe.This paper used tailer-made integral steel formwork, optimized concrete mixing proportion, researched and prepared barite concrete grouting, vibrating and curing measures, successfully ensuring the super-long ratchet wall grouting quality and providing construction technical experiences and methods for similar projects.
