基于工期目标的装配式混凝土建筑标准层施工工期优化研究 被引量:6

摘要 青岛市某在施项目装配式建筑施工过程,根据已制订的施工进度计划,为保证主体结构封顶进度节点,装配式建筑标准层施工进度需满足8 d/层。但在实际施工过程中,标准层施工大约需要11d。因此,按照费用最低原则,利用项目管理常用的关键路线法对项目的标准层施工进度计划进行优化,促使项目按期完成主体结构封顶。施工实际情况证明,利用费用最低原则优化施工进度计划具有较好的工程应用价值。 During construction of an assembly building in Qingdao, the existing construction schedule plans that the typical floor construction schedule of assembly building is eight days per floor,so as to guarantee the main structure completion schedule point. However, the typical floor construction schedule is about 11 days per floor in practical construction. Therefore, based on the principle of lowest cost, key route method which is frequently used in project management was used to optimize the typical floor construction schedule of the project, so as to guarantee the on-time completion of main structure construction. The practical construction result showed that using the lowest cost principle to optimize the construction schedule could obtain favorable engineering application value.
