摘要
兰州新区某冷链仓储物流项目冷库结构形式为单层轻型门式刚架,建筑外纵墙及山墙均设计有轻钢结构悬挑雨篷,悬挑雨篷采用悬挑H型钢与刚系杆组合形式。经研究分析,确定在山墙边榀刚架中刚架柱采用十字形钢柱的方式,解决了山墙悬挑雨篷钢梁对边榀刚架柱在平面外产生较大弯矩的问题。就该问题进行简单阐述,为结构设计人员在类似工程中提供参考。
The cold storage structure of a cold chain warehousing and logistics project in Lanzhou new area is a single-layer light portal rigid frame. The outer longitudinal wall and gable of the building are designed with light steel structure cantilever canopy, which adopts the combination of cantilever H-shaped steel and rigid tie rod.Through research and analysis, it is determined that the cross shaped steel column is adopted for the rigid frame column in the gable side frame, which solves the problem of large bending moment outside the plane caused by the gable cantilever canopy steel beam to the side frame column. This paper briefly expounds this problem, so as to provide reference for structural designers in similar projects.
