摘要
应用现代建造方式建设宜居型农房已成为农村住宅发展的方向。为探索装配式建造技术在农房建设中的应用,以寒冷地区某钢结构装配式示范农房为例,在建筑模数化设计的基础上,对主体结构、墙板、楼板及其关键节点进行设计。示范农房采用H型钢梁和矩形钢管柱组成的钢框架结构体系;外墙板采用复合保温外墙板,与加气混凝土单一材料外墙板相比,具有自重轻、保温性能好、节点构造简单、施工方便等优势;楼板采用钢筋桁架混凝土叠合板,施工时不需铺设模板,现场作业量小、施工速度快。示范农房装配率达90%以上,为钢结构装配式农房工程应用提供了参考实例。
The application of modern construction methods to build livable rural houses has become the direction of rural housing development. In order to explore the application of assembling construction technology in rural house project, taking a steel structure prefabricated demonstration rural house in cold area as an example,the main structure, wall panels, floor panels and their key nodes were designed on the basis of building modular design. The demonstration farm house adopts the steel frame structure system composed of H-shaped steel beam and rectangular steel tube column. The exterior wall board adopts composite thermal insulation external wall board.Compared with aerated concrete wall, it has shown such as lightweight, good thermal insulation performance,simple structure of joints and rapid installation. Reinforced truss concrete composite panels was selected as the floor which eliminates the need of formwork,so as to reduce the amount of on-site work and shorten the period of construction. The assembly rate of the demonstration rural house reaches over 90%, which provides a reference example for the application of the steel structure prefabricated rural house engineering.
