缓倾顺层围岩仰拱长锚杆施工技术研究

摘要 新建成(都)贵(阳)铁路高坡隧道穿越缓倾泥砂互层岩体,修建过程中出现了严重的大变形灾变,同时出现工后仰拱上鼓问题,给高铁行车安全带来了极大的风险。针对以上工程背景,在介绍隧道衬砌破坏情况及分析原因的基础上,结合现有仰拱隆起处治技术,提出高坡隧道仰拱隆起处理措施。通过现场实践总结出一套仰拱隧底长锚杆快速安全高效安装的施工技术,工程实践表明,采取的技术对策安全可靠,效果明显,在类似工程中可参考借鉴。 The newly-built high slope tunnel of Chengdu-Guiyang Railway passes through gently dipping mud-sand interbedded rock mass.During the construction process,serious large deformation and disaster occurred,and at the same time,the inverted arch was raised,which brought great risks to the traffic safety of high-speed railway.In view of the above engineering background,based on the introduction of tunnel lining damage and analysis of the reasons,combined with the existing treatment technology of inverted arch uplift,this paper gives the treatment measures of inverted arch uplift of high slope tunnel.A set of construction technology for fast,safe and efficient installation of long bolt at the bottom of invert tunnel is summarized through field practice.The engineering practice shows that the technical countermeasures adopted are safe and reliable,and the effect is obvious,which can be used for reference in similar projects.
