摘要
高压旋喷桩广泛用于路基稳定性控制,施工工艺的改进对于控制小于有着重要的影响。针对高压旋喷桩对于既有线的稳定性进行了研究。以官田隧道为背景,通过现场实验、理论分析、并结合现场施工经验对既有线的影响进行研究,主要得出以下研究成果:(1)首次提出发展了一种改进型的高压旋喷桩基础施工新工艺,简化提高了基础施工操作流程,保证提升了地基施工整体质量,同时具有更好的经济效益和社会效益。(2)采用高压旋喷桩基对边坡地表沉降问题得到进行了长期有效的控制,大幅提高边坡路基稳定性,降低了设计施工建设成本、缩短施工了设计工期,具有重要直接的生态经济效益作用和环境社会效益。(3)对改进施工工艺减小对既有线的影响提出了具体可行的建议。
High pressure jet grouting pile is widely used in subgrade stability control. The improvement of construction technology has an important impact on subgrade stability control. In this paper, the stability of highpressure jet grouting pile for the existing line is studied. Taking guantian tunnel as the background, this paper studies the impact on the existing line through on-site experiment, theoretical analysis and combined with on-site construction experience, and mainly obtains the following research results:(1) an improved new technology of highpressure jet grouting pile foundation construction is proposed for the first time, which simplifies and improves the operation process of foundation construction, ensures the overall quality of foundation construction, and has better economic and social benefits.(2) The high-pressure jet grouting pile foundation is used to effectively control the surface settlement of the slope for a long time, greatly improve the stability of the Slope Subgrade, reduce the design and construction cost and shorten the construction period. It has important and direct ecological and economic benefits and environmental and social benefits.(3) Concrete and feasible suggestions are put forward to improve the construction technology and reduce the impact on the existing line.
