摘要
为了研究空心板桥铰缝损伤定性识别方法,分别对两座13 m跨径的空心板桥进行有限元计算和实桥试验研究,两座桥梁中其中一座铰缝完好,另一座铰缝有不同程度损伤,将计算结果与实测值进行了比较,分析了铰缝不同损伤状态下的挠度横向分布情况。结果表明,铰缝完好时各片板的挠度校验系数趋于一致,线性回归斜率趋近于0;铰缝有损伤时,各片板的挠度校验系数相差较大,与铰缝损伤密切相关。研究成果可定性判定铰缝是否损伤及损伤的严重程度,为桥梁养护维修提供技术依据。
In order to study the qualitative identification method of hinge joint damage of hollow slab bridges,two 13m span hollow slab bridges were respectively studied by finite element calculation and actual bridge test. One of the two bridges had hinge joints intact, and the other had different degrees of hinge joints. Damage, the calculated results are compared with the measured values, and the lateral distribution of the deflection of the hinge under different damage states is analyzed. The results show that when the hinge is intact, the deflection check coefficients of each plate tend to be the same, and the linear regression slope approaches 0;when the hinge is damaged, the deflection check coefficients of each plate have a large difference, which is close to the damage of the hinge. Related.The research results of this paper can qualitatively determine whether the hinge is damaged and the severity of the damage, and provide a technical basis for bridge maintenance.
