摘要
油基钻井液相比水基钻井液具有抗温抗污染,造壁性好,可重复利用等许多优点,近年来被广泛应用在现场钻井作业中。乳化剂是油基钻井液中核心处理剂,是形成稳定乳状液的关键因素。乳化剂可以大幅降低油水界面张力,增强界面膜强度。乳化剂结构设计与所形成体系稳定性、抗温性、悬浮固相能力十分相关。乳化剂稳定作用机理研究也尤为重要,其中包括定向楔理论、界面张力与界面膜强度大小、电效应稳定理论、固相颗粒及液晶等方面因素。
Compared with water-based drilling fluids, oil-based drilling fluids have many advantages such as temperature resistance, anti-pollution, good wall-building properties and reusability. It has been widely used in field drilling operations in recent years. Emulsifier is the most critical treatment agent in the oil-based drilling fluid system. It is very important to form a stable emulsion. The emulsifier can greatly reduce the oil-water interfacial tension and enhance the strength of the interfacial film. The structure design of the emulsifier is related to the stability, temperature resistance, and ability to suspend the solid phase of the formed system. It is also very important to study the mechanism of emulsifier stabilization, including oriented wedge theory, interfacial tension and interfacial film strength, electrical effect stabilization theory, solid phase particles and liquid crystals and other factors.
