盐酸改性凹凸棒石对废水中六价铬的吸附研究 被引量:1

摘要 凹凸棒石经过改性后具有更优良的吸附性能,可应用于吸附处理重金属废水。近年来凹凸棒石的改性及吸附工艺的研究引起广泛关注。本文将天然凹凸棒石用盐酸改性处理,用于吸附废水中的六价铬,考察了溶液pH值、搅拌时间、反应温度、改性凹凸棒石投加量等影响参数,研究盐酸改性凹凸棒石对六价铬的吸附行为。根据实验,得到较优的吸附条件为:当pH=7、反应温度为50℃、投加量为2 g/100 mL,处理浓度为20 mg/L的含Cr(Ⅵ)废水时,六价铬的去除率最大,达到60.06%,平衡吸附量为0.5940 mg/g。 The use of modification can improve the adsorption properties of the attapulgite, which can be used for the treatment of heavy metal wastewater.The modification and adsorption properties of the attapulgite has caused more and more attention recently.The attapulgite was used to treat with hydrochloric acid modification to research the adsorption properties of Cr^(6+)by changing parameter of pH of solution, stirring time, reaction temperature and dosing quantity of the attapulgite treated with modification after calculating adsorption equilibrium and removal rate.The results showed that the removal rate of Cr^(6+)could reach the maximum 60.06% and adsorption equilibrium data was 0.5940 mg/g to treat wastewater which concentration of Cr^(6+)was 20 mg/L when the pH of solution was 7,reaction temperature was 50 ℃ and dosing quantity of the attapulgite was 2 g/100 mL.
