HPLC测定豆制品中丙酸钙结果的不确定度评价

摘要 采用高效液相色谱法测定豆制品中丙酸钙含量,并进行不确定度评价。依据JJF 1059.1-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》建立豆制品中丙酸钙含量的数学模型,分析检测过程中可能引入不确定度的主要因素并根据计算给出量化结果,计算出方法的扩展不确定度。结果表明,该方法测定豆制品中丙酸钙的扩展不确定度为0.0169 g/kg,在置信概率为95%,包含因子k=2的情况下,豆制品中丙酸钙(以丙酸计)的含量为(0.254±0.0169)g/kg。 The content of calcium propionate in bean products was determined by high performance liquid chromatography,and the uncertainty was evaluated.According to JJF 1059.1-2012“evaluation and expression of measurement uncertainty”,the mathematical model of calcium propionate content in bean products was established,the main factors that may introduce uncertainty in the detection process was analyzed and the quantitative results was given according to the calculation,the extended uncertainty of the method was calculated.The results showed that the expanded uncertainty of calcium propionate determination in bean products by this method was 0.0169 g/kg.Under the condition that the confidence probability was 95%and k=2,the content of calcium propionate(calculated as propionic acid)in bean products was(0.254±0.0169)g/kg.
