苍术-玄参药对HPLC指纹图谱的建立及指标性成分研究

Establishment of HPLC Fingerprint and Study on Index Components in Atractylodes lancea-Scrophularia ningpoensis Drug Pair

建立了10批苍术-玄参药对的HPLC指纹图谱,共确定了18个共有峰,13个来源于苍术,5个来源于玄参。通过聚类分析将样品分为3类。同混合对照品比对,指认了其中8个指标成分。通过研究配伍前后指标性成分含量变化,结果显示药对配伍后毛蕊花糖苷、安格洛苷C、白术内酯Ⅱ、β-桉叶醇、苍术素含量增高,而哈巴俄苷、肉桂酸、白术内酯Ⅰ含量有所降低。所建立的苍术-玄参药对HPLC指纹图谱和定量分析方法,能快速、准确地对药对进行质量评价。

HPLC fingerprints of 10 batches of Atractylodes Lancea and Scrophularia ningpoensis were established.A total of 18 common peaks were determined,13 from Atractylodes Lancea and 5 from Scrophularia ningpoensis.The samples were divided into three categories by cluster analysis.Compared with the mixed reference substance,8 index components were identified.The results showed that the contents of acteoside,angoroside C,atractylenolide II,β-eudesmol and atractylodin increased,while the contents of harpagoside,cinnamic acid and atractylenolide I decreased.The established HPLC fingerprint and quantitative analysis method of Atractylodes Lancea and Scrophularia ningpoensis can evaluate the quality of the drug pair quickly and accurately.
