摘要
采用三种不同类型自动粘度仪对石油产品进行了运动粘度测试,并将测试结果与GB/T 265[1]标准方法进行比较。结果表明,ISL VH2自动粘度仪和SVM3001自动粘度仪操作简单,检测速度快,测试精度在标准方法允许的误差范围内,可用于生产质量控制,HVM 472自动粘度仪检测方法和原理符合ASTM D445和GB/T 265标准要求,且仪器自动化程度高,测定结果准确度、容易清洗,可用作运动粘度的仲裁测试仪器。
The kinematic viscosity of petroleum prodcuts was tested using three different automatic viscometer instruments,and the testing results were compared with that of current vsicosity standards GB/T 265.The results showed that the operation were easy and the detection velocity were fast of ISL VH2 automatic viscometer instrument and SVM 3001 automatic viscometer instrument,and the absolute errors were within the limits specified by national standard test method,which can be used for quality controlling of lubricating oil production process.The method and principle of HVM 472 met the requirements of ASTM D445 and GB/T 265 standards,and the instrument had high automation,high precision and easy cleaning,which can be used for arbitration test instrument of kinematic viscosity.
