摘要 通过平板试验研究了各掺加量下聚丙烯腈纤维对金属管线长效防腐材料抗开裂性能影响,表明纤维掺加量越多,材料抗开裂性能越优异,并在掺加量为1.0‰时达到最优。利用扫描电子显微镜观察了防腐材料断口形貌,对纤维强化金属管线长效防腐材料抗开裂机理进行了初步研究,纤维对微小裂纹的“缝合”是其有效增强材料抗开裂能力的关键。 The effect of polyacrylonitrile fiber on the cracking resistance of long-term anticorrosion of metal pipeline was studied by platen test.It was found that the more fiber was added,the better anti cracking performance of the material was,and the optimum was achieved when the dosage of the fiber was 1.0‰.The fracture morphology of the anticorrosive material was observed by SEM,and the mechanism of fiber strengthening resistance to cracking was also studied.The key to effectively enhance the anti cracking ability of the material was the“stitch”of the fiber to the micro cracks,dispersing and reducing the internal stress that caused the further expansion and development of microcracks.
