旧标制造的L485M钢管用于高压燃气管道的可行性分析

摘要 某管道输气公司有一批按GB/T9711.2-1999制造的L485M螺旋缝埋弧焊钢管,按照现有标准的要求,该批钢管不能用于压力管道安装。为了避免资源浪费,本论文对该批钢管进行了相关分析研究。从该批钢管中抽取了2根腐蚀比较严重的钢管,对其进行力学性能试验、金相组织分析、铁锈SEM分析、拉曼光谱分析、设计壁厚计算等分析研究。结果表明,该批钢管用于高压燃气管道安装是可行的。所做研究可为今后旧钢管的利用提供参考。 A pipeline gas transmission company has a batch of L485M SAWH pipes manufactured by GB/T9711.2-1999,according to existing standards,this batch of steel pipes shall not be used for pressure pipeline installation.In order to avoid the waste of resources,the relevant analysis research to this batch of steel pipes was carried out.Extracting two steel pipes with serious corrosion from this batch of steel pipes,the analysis and research on these two steel pipes by mechanical properties test,metallographic analysis,rust SEM analysis,Raman spectrum analysis,design wall thickness calculation were carried out.The results showed that this batch of steel pipes can be used for high pressure gas pipeline.The research can provide reference for the future utilization of used steel pipe.
