摘要
异戊二烯是合成橡胶的重要单体,主要用于合成异戊橡胶,具有广泛的市场应用前景。本文以C_(5)抽余油为原料,采用一步脱氢法制备异戊二烯,利用Aspen Plus模拟软件对工艺流程进行了模拟,并利用Sensitivity模块对塔的操作参数进行了模拟优化。优化后的参数:理论板数38、回流比2.3、NMP进料板4、C_( 5)抽余油进料板23、NMP进料量159000 kg/h、NMP进料温度50℃。
As an important monomer of synthetic rubber,isoprene is mainly used to synthesize isoprene rubber,which has a wide market application prospect.The production process of preparing isoprene from C_(5) raffinate by one-step dehydrogenation was simulated by Aspen Plus simulation software,and the operating parameters of tower were simulated and optimized by sensitivity module.The optimized parameters of oretical plate number was 38,reflux ratio was 2.3,NMP feed plate was 4,C_(5)raffinate feed plate was 2,NMP feed rate was 159000 kg/h,and NMP feed temperature was 50℃.
