粉煤热解分馏系统主要工艺和控制

摘要 粉煤热解分馏系统作为粉煤热解装置后路的分离单元,其目标产品是塔底焦油,且分馏效率要求不高,无侧线产品抽出,因此,工艺流程和控制操作也与常规分馏塔有所不同。日常操作控制只设置了塔顶温度、塔顶压力、1#、2#集液箱、塔底液位控制,操作波动小,工作量少。本文主要简述粉煤热解装置分馏系统的主要任务、流程、工艺特点和主要控制参数及方法,实现了粉煤热解装置后路产品分离的平稳操作,为装置长周期运行奠定了坚实的基础。 As a separation unit of the rear road of the pulverized coal pyrolysis device,the target product of the pulverized coal pyrolysis system is tar at the bottom of the tower,and the fractionation efficiency is not high,and the product is withdrawn without a side line,so the process flow and control operation are also different from the conventional fractionation column.The daily operation control only sets the tower top temperature,tower top pressure,1#,2#liquid collection tank,and tower bottom liquid level control,with small operation fluctuations and less workload.The main tasks,processes,process characteristics and main control parameters and methods of the fractionation system of the pulverized coal pyrolysis device were described,the smooth operation of the separation of the products after the pulverized coal pyrolysis device was realized,and a solid foundation for the long-term operation of the device was laid.
