“紫外-可见分光光度法测定药材的多糖含量”开放性实验的设计 被引量:2

摘要 多糖是多种药材(如人参、灵芝、当归、枸杞、石斛等)的重要有效成分,具有免疫调节、抗肿瘤、抗病毒、延缓衰老、助消化、抗辐射等作用。因此,药材中的多糖含量测定对于中药材质量控制具有重要的意义。近年来,国家高度重视创新型人才的教育和培养,而开放性实验日益成为了大学生培养的关键一环。开设开放性实验为培养能快速衔接社会的具有创新意识的合格大学毕业生提供了一条新的培养路径。本文设计了一个针对大学生可以自由、自主开展的开放性实验,该实验采用紫外-可见分光光度法测定法,开展多种中药材的多糖含量测定实验,培养学生的基本实验操作以及灵活运用知识的能力,为药学专业学生掌握必备专业工作技能提供了有益尝试。 Polysaccharide is an important active ingredient in traditional Chinese medicinal materials,such as ginseng,Ganoderma lucidum,angelica,medlar,dendrobium,etc,which has the beneficial effects on immune regulation,anti-tumor,anti-virus,anti-aging,digestion,and anti-radiation.Therefore,the content of polysaccharide in traditional Chinese medicinal materials is also of great significance for the quality control of traditional Chinese medicines.In recent years,China has put great efforts to the education and training for the innovative talents,and an opening experiment has increasingly become a key step in the training of college students.The opening experiments can provide a new training path for cultivating qualified college graduates with innovative consciousness who can quickly work for the society.An open experiment for college students was designed,which was utilizing UV-Vis spectrophotometry to determine the polysaccharide content of a variety of traditional Chinese medicinal materials,cultivate students basic experimental skills and the ability to flexibly use knowledge,and provide a useful attempt for pharmaceutical students to master the necessary professional skills.
