新工科背景下化工过程模拟实验的教学探究

Teaching Exploration on Chemical Process Simulation Experiment under the Background of Emerging Engineering Education

新工科建设对高校人才的培养提出了更高的要求,更强调培养创新型复合人才。我校在化工专业开设了结合生产实际的化工过程模拟实验,对含甲乙酮的工业废水的高效分离纯化及节能工艺实验进行了案例式教学探究。对接国家“双碳”目标的要求,融入勇于探索的创新精神和精益求精的大国工匠精神的课程思政元素,经过此类项目式与任务式的化工过程模拟实验的训练,提高了学生创新精神与解决复杂工程问题的实践能力,对于新工科背景下学生工程实践能力的培养具有一定的借鉴意义。

The construction of emerging engineering education puts forward the higher requirements for the cultivation of talents in colleges,with more emphasis on the cultivation of innovative compound talents.A course of chemical process simulation experiment combined with the actual production in the major of Chemical Industry in our university was set up.A teaching exploration on the case of high-efficiency separation and purification process and energy-saving process experiment of industrial wastewater containing methyl ethyl ketone,which met the requirements of the national“double carbon”goal was put forwourd,and the ideological and political elements of the curriculum with the innovative spirit of bold exploration and the craftsman spirit of striving for perfection were integrated.Through the training of such project-based and task-based chemical process simulation experiments,students innovative spirit and practical ability to solve complex engineering problems were improved,which had a certain reference significance for the cultivation of students engineering practical ability under the background of emerging engineering education.
