乡村振兴背景下镇区中心的活力营造探究——以广州市吕田镇滨河广场建设为例

Exploration on Vitality Creating in the Town-center under the Background of Rural Revitalization:Taking the Construction of Riverside Square in Lvtian Town,Guangzhou City as an Example

乡村振兴背景下,镇区中心的公共空间作为引领乡村建设的示范与村民社会交往的重要场所,在专业研究和建设投入上应得到更多关注和支持。广东省广州市从化区吕田镇位于粤港澳大湾区的最北部,其镇区中心的滨河广场建设从解决交通和环境等现实问题出发,让居民“望得见山,看得见水,记得住乡愁”。地域性设计策略分为三方面:适应自然环境,改善提升镇区中心整体风貌;满足社会需求,解决交通不便和交往场所不足等问题;彰显历史文化,挖掘吕田四千年历史与地域美食文化,提升居民情感归属。项目建成后展开使用后评价,包括人群分布与使用频次的量化研究,以及调研访谈等定性研究,将设计初衷与实际使用状况进行比较,考察地域性设计策略对镇区中心活力营造的效用,研究成因与启示。通过规划设计、建设管控到使用后评价的全过程研究,为镇区中心的公共空间建设提供了真实样本和建设参考。

Under the background of rural revitalization,the public space in the town center,as an important place to lead the rural construction and to promote social communication between villagers,should receive more attention and support in professional research and construction investment.Lvtian Town,Conghua District,Guangzhou City is located in the northernmost part of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.The construction of riverside square in the town center starts from solving practical problems such as traffic and environment,so that residents can'see mountains,see water and remember nostalgia'.Regional design strategy is divided into three aspects:adapting to the natural environment and improving the overall style of the town center;meeting social needs and solve problems such as inconvenient transportation and insufficient communication places;highlighting the history and culture,excavate the 4000-year history and regional food culture of Lvtian,and improving the emotional consonance of residents.After the completion of the project,carry out post use evaluation,including quantitative research on population distribution and use frequency,as well as qualitative research such as investigation and interview,compare the original design intention with the after-completion using condition,and study the causes and enlightenment.Through the whole process research including planning and design,construction control to post use evaluation,it provides a real sample and construction reference for the public space construction of the town center.
