摘要 综述了我国猕猴桃生产、消费、贮藏和加工技术现状,系统分析了我国猕猴桃产业技术发展存在的问题并提出了对策建议,以期为我国猕猴桃产业高质量发展提供参考和借鉴。 The present status of kiwifruit production,consumption,storage,and processing technology in China was reviewed.The paper systematically analyzed the existing problems and countermeasures for the development of kiwifruit processing industry technology in China.The purpose of this study was to provide a reference for the high-quality development of China’s kiwifruit industry in the future.
