摘要
在寒冷的北方尤其东北地区,柴油机低温启动仍存在困难。随着液体燃油加热器的广泛应用,燃油加热器加热系统作为柴油机的低温启动方案越来越受到客户的认可。在皮卡车、轻客等柴油机汽车领域,尤其是柴油机皮卡车,主机厂逐步在开发阶段就将液体加热器系统作为柴油机低温启动方案布置到整车系统中,本文以上汽大通柴油皮卡车为例,阐述YJH-Q10/1(10KW)燃油加热器在皮卡车上的布置及功率选型计算。
In the cold north, especially in the northeast, it is still difficult to start the diesel engine at low temperature. With the wide application of liquid fuel heater, the fuel heater heating system, as the low-temperature starting scheme of diesel engine, is more and more recognized by customers. In the field of diesel engine vehicles such as pickup trucks and light passenger cars, especially diesel engine pickup trucks, the main engine factory gradually arranges the liquid oil heater system into the whole vehicle system as the low-temperature starting scheme of diesel engine in the development stage. Taking SAIC Datong diesel pickup truck as an example, this paper expounds the layout and power selection calculation of YJH-Q10/1(10 kW) fuel heater on pickup trucks.
