车载收音机性能自动化测试系统设计

摘要 针对车载收音机产品从研发到量产过程中的测试验证环节,开发一套实用性强,开发成本较低,自动化程度高的测试系统,解决了车载收音机由于测试项目繁杂,仅仅依靠人工测试效率差,出错率高的问题,加快产品研发节拍,能够顺利通过PPAP量产质量关卡。文中介绍了该项目启动背景,已经相关测试项的简单介绍,对该自动化测试系统的软硬件构成架构及基本情况进行了描述,最后通过试验所得出的数据运用MSA质量工具进行分析,验证了该自动化测试系统的可靠性。 Aiming at the test and verification link in the process of car radio products from R & D to mass production, a set of test system with strong practicability, low development cost and high degree of automation is developed.It solves the problems of poor efficiency and high error rate of car radio due to complex test items and relying only on manual test, speeds up the pace of product research and development, and can successfully pass the mass production quality checkpoint of PPAP.This paper introduces the start-up background of the project, briefly introduces the relevant test items, describes the software and hardware structure and basic situation of the automatic test system, and finally analyzes the data obtained from the test with MSA quality tool to verify the reliability of the automatic test system.
