摘要
盘式电机端盖是盘式电机的重要零件。在零件加工过程中,工艺设计直接影响零件的质量。本文主要阐述盘式电机端盖零件加工工艺设计问题。设计步骤是首先分析盘式电机端盖零件图纸,了解其加工要求,选取合适的毛坯。在拟定加工工艺路线时,先选择合适的定位基准,再根据零件表面不同选择合理的加工方法。确定加工设备和刀具,从而完成零件加工,零件测量结果表明本文工艺设计正确,可为开展类似小型零件加工工艺研究提供参考。
The end cover of disc motor is an important part of disc motor. In the process of machining parts, process design directly affects the quality of parts. This paper mainly expounds the processing technology design of disc motor end cover parts. The design steps are as follows: firstly, analyze the drawings of the end cover parts of the disc motor, understand its processing requirements, and select suitable blanks. When drawing up the processing route, first choose the appropriate positioning datum, and then choose the reasonable processing method according to the different parts’ surfaces. Determine the processing equipment and tools, so as to complete the processing of parts. The measurement results of parts show that the process design in this paper is correct, which can provide reference for the research of processing technology of similar small parts.
