摘要
发动机气门桥作为连接气门摇臂和气门的关键零部件,在发动机工作时,气门摇臂会对气门桥施加一定的推力,使其做上下往复运动,实现了同时驱动两个气门的开启和关闭,对发动机的稳定性和安全性是至关重要的,因此对其加工质量要求很高。本文结合气门桥的结构特点和装配情况,着重分析了气门桥的加工工艺,采取了优化加工工艺对其质量进行改进。
The engine valve bridge is a key component connecting the valve rocker arm and the valve. When the engine is working, the valve rocker arm will exert a certain thrust on the valve bridge to make it reciprocating up and down in order to drive the opening and closing of two valves at the same time. It is very important to the stability and safety of the engine. So its processing quality is very high. Combined with the structural characteristics and assembly of the valve bridge, this article focuses on the processing technology of the valve bridge, and adopts the optimized processing technology to improve its quality.
