打造专业实训平台是专业建设的一大重点,对专业核心课程进行教学改革又是落实三教改革的重要任务。针对如何让实训室建设与后续专业人才培养、课程改革实现一体化设计、建设、同步推进的问题,文章以动车组检修技术专业为例,介绍基于“岗位学习站”专业实训平台建设与应用的方法与经验。

building a professional training platform is a major focus of professional construction, and the teaching reform of professional core courses is an important task of implementing the three education reform. In view of the problem of how to realize the integrated design, construction and synchronous promotion of the construction of training room and subsequent professional talent training and curriculum reform, this paper introduces the method and experience of the construction and application of professional training platform based on "post learning station" by taking the major of EMU maintenance technology as an example.
