摘要 就业能力的增值是实现高质量就业和充分就业的重要保障,在疫情防控常态化的背景下,大学生就业能力如何实现增值,是当前研究的热点问题。根据人岗匹配原则,构建大学生就业能力评价指标体系,并进行实证研究。通过模糊综合评价将高校和用人单位对毕业生的评价进行差异性分析。结果表明:专业知识储备是力量源泉,创新能力是力量体现。高校与用人单位在对学生就业能力认知方面存在差异,且后疫情时代三方信息传递高效化问题亟须解决,以此提出了相关建议。 The value-added of employability is an important guarantee to achieve high-quality employment and full employment.In the context of the normalized epidemic prevention and control,how to realize the value-added of college students'employability has become a hot issue in current research.Based on the principle of man-post matching,this study constructs the evaluation index system of college students'employability and carries out empirical research.Through fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,the paper analyzes the difference between the evaluation of college students'employability by colleges and employers.The results show that the reserve of professional knowledge is the source of power,and the innovation ability is the embodiment of power.There are differences between colleges and employers in the cognition of students'employability,and it is urgent to solve the problem of efficient three-party information transmission in the post-epidemic era.Some suggestions are put forward.
