摘要
创伤性脑损伤(traumatic brain injury,TBI)后脑组织会发生一系列复杂的病理生理反应,利用当前的医疗诊断技术对这一改变进行评估,对于TBI患者的诊疗以及预后具有重要意义。MRI技术尤其是功能MRI(functional MRI,fMRI)是目前活体成像最有效的检查方法,在TBI中有着更深入、更广泛的应用。通过fMRI技术可以清晰观察到TBI后脑组织结构、代谢以及功能的变化,这一技术对于TBI患者的早期诊断、预防和治疗尤为重要。本文对近几年国内外相关文献进行回顾和整理,对几种fMRI技术在TBI的应用进行综述。
A series of complex pathophysiological reactions will occur in the brain tissue after traumatic brain injury(TBI).The usage of current medical diagnostic technology to evaluate this change is of great significance for the diagnosis and prognosis of patients.Functional MRI(fMRI)is currently the most effective examination method for in vivo imaging,and it has a deeper and more extensive application in TBI.fMRI technology clearly observe the changes of brain tissue structure,metabolism and function after TBI,which is particularly important for the early diagnosis,prevention and treatment of patients with TBI.This article reviews and sorts out relevant domestic and foreign literature in recent years,and summarizes the application of MRI technology in TBI.
