智能制造车间驾驶舱管控技术研究

摘要 智能制造车间驾驶舱管控技术,实现了车间可视化监控、生产状态与信息监控、工业大数据分析、KPI报表统计分析、关键设备运行信息、动态决策、集成控制等。通过可视化管理驾驶舱车间,管理者可以远程、实时在线对车间生产系统的运行情况进行监控、分析、诊断、仿真、优化,从而实时、有效地驾驭车间生产系统的运行情况,实现了车间管理者与系统软硬件的人机结合。车间的精益化、透明化、实时化和集成化的管控,提高了工场智能管控水平和生产效率,降低了成本,实现了工业化和信息化技术的高度融合。 The research on intelligent manufacturing workshop cockpit control technology realizes workshop visual monitoring,production status and information monitoring,industrial big data analysis,KPI report statistical analysis,key equipment operation information,dynamic decision-making,integrated control,etc.The workshop manager can monitor,analyze,diagnose,simulate and optimize the operation of the workshop production system remotely and online through the visual management cockpit,so as to control the operation of the workshop production system in real time and effectively.Through the visual management cockpit control,it can realize the workshop manager and system hardware and software man-machine combination.The lean,transparent,real-time and integrated management and control of the workshop has improved the intelligent management and control level and production efficiency of the workshop,reduced costs,realized the high integration of industrialization and information technology,and created economic benefits.
