火针联合肌内效贴治疗足底筋膜炎的短期效果观察

Observation of Short-term Curative Effect of Fire Acupuncture Combined with Kinesio Taping in the Treatment of Plantar Fasciitis

目的:观察火针联合肌内效贴治疗足底筋膜炎的短期临床效果。方法:选取2020年5月-2021年6月在惠州市中医医院骨科和康复科就诊的56例足底筋膜炎患者,随机分为观察组(n=28)与对照组(n=28),观察组采用火针联合肌内效贴治疗,对照组采用肌内效贴治疗。治疗前、治疗1周后、治疗4周后分别采用美国矫形足踝协会(AOFAS)踝与后足功能评分、肌骨超声、疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)评估患者的足踝运动功能情况、足底筋膜厚度及疼痛情况。结果:治疗l、4周后,观察组AOFAS评分、晨起第一步的VAS评分均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗4周后,观察组足底筋膜厚度与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:火针联合肌内效贴可有效缓解足底筋膜炎患者的疼痛情况,改善足部功能,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To observe the short-term clinical effect of fire acupuncture combined with kinesio taping in the treatment of plantar fasciitis.Method:A total of 56 patients with plantar fasciitis who were treated in the Department of orthopedics and rehabilitation of Huizhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from May 2020 to June 2021 were selected and randomly divided into observation group(n=28)and control group(n=28).The observation group was treated with fire acupuncture combined with kinesio taping,and the control group was treated with kinesio taping.Before treatment,1 week after treatment and 4 weeks after treatment,American orthopaedic foot and ankle society(AOFAS)ankle and hindfoot scoring system,musculoskeletal ultrasound and visual analogue scale(VAS)for pain were used to evaluate the ankle motor function,plantar fascia thickness and pain.Result:After 1 week and 4 weeks of treatment,the AOFAS scores and VAS scores of the first step in the morning in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,there was significant difference in plantar fascia thickness between the observation group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fire acupuncture combined with kinesio taping can effectively relieve the pain of patients with plantar fasciitis and improve foot function,which is worthy of clinical application.
