摘要
高职百万扩招背景下,生源多样化、学情复杂化,高职混合式教学模式获得了新的驱动力。本文通过调研,探析百万扩招背景下高职院校实行混合式教学面临的困境,从混合式教学内涵及核心要素出发,提出从提升教师信息化教学素养、营造沉浸式教学情景、优化教学组织形式、开发任务清单式教材、构建增值性评价体系等方面展开探索实践,以期推动高职院校扩招工作从数量型向质量型转变,提升人才培养成效。
In the context of enrollment expansion in higher vocational schools,students are diversified with different learning background.Blended teaching,breaking the traditional pattern in vocational education,undergoes significant changes in its implementation environment and conditions.Through investigation,this paper analyzes the dilemma faced by the implementation of blended teaching in higher vocational colleges.Based on the connotation and core elements of blended teaching,this paper puts forward plans to enhance teachers’quality of“information-based”teaching,create immersive teaching scenarios,optimize teaching organization forms,develop task-oriented teaching materials,and construct value-added evaluation systems,so as to facilitate the enrollment expansion from quantity to quality,and assist talents development.
