职业院校试点1+X证书制度实施路径研究

Implementation Path of Trial“1+X”Certificate in Higher Vocational Schools

职业院校是实施“1+X”证书试点制度的实施主体,承担着将职业标准、职业技能等级标准与专业教学标准、人才培养方案和课程标准相互衔接的工作,承担着将新技术、新工艺和新规范融进新一代高素质技术技能人才培养过程的重任。本文为职业院校管理部门绘制了试点工作的具体实施路径图,明确了实施过程中的关键环节,提出了实施进程中面临的关于对证书的认识、如何选取证书、如何将证书成果对接学分银行等三个主要问题,并尝试提出相应的解决思路,为职业院校扎实推进试点工作、提高试点管理效能提供具体指引。

As higher vocational schools plan to carry out trial“1+X”certificate,they have the responsibility to combine vocational standards,vocational skill level standards with professional teaching standards,teaching plans and curriculum standard.Besides,another important task is to integrate new technologies,new processes and new norms into the training process of a new generation of high-quality technical and skilled personnel.This paper draws a specific implementation blueprint for the management department of vocational schools,clarifies the key links in the implementation process,and proposes 3 main problems:how to define“1+X”certificate,how to select the certificate,and how to connect the certificate results to the credit bank in the implementation process.Accordingly,this paper tries to put forward corresponding solutions,in order to provide specific guidance for vocational schools to promote and improve the efficiency of management.
