城市触媒下的老旧小区景观公共空间活力营造——以北京市天宁寺西里社区为例

Vitality Construction of Landscape Public Space in Old Residential Areas under Urban Catalyst,Taking Xili Community of Tianning Temple in Beijing as an Example

随着城市老旧小区更新工作的不断推进,对其提升策略的应用研究也受到关注。文章以城市触媒理论为基础来探讨老旧小区景观活力营造,以北京市天宁寺西里社区为例,对其景观空间做现状研究,提出观赏性触媒、功能性触媒和连接性触媒三个提升策略,并进行激活景观空间活力的具体应用。研究将对城市老旧小区活力提升、景观设计研究和居住体验改善有着促进意义。

With the continuous promotion of urban old community renewal, the application research of its promotion strategy has also attracted attention. Based on the urban catalyst theory, this paper discusses the construction of landscape vitality of old residential areas. Taking Xili community of Tianning Temple in Beijing as an example, this paper first studies the current situation of its landscape space, and puts forward three promotion strategies of ornamental catalyst, functional catalyst and connectivity catalyst to activate the vitality of landscape space. The research will promote the vitality of old urban communities, the research of landscape design and the improvement of living experience.
