Progress in non-drug treatment of somatic symptom disorder

躯体症状障碍(SSD)在全世界范围内普遍存在,可引起患者显著的功能损害,对患者的身心健康造成不良影响。目前治疗方法以药物治疗和非药物治疗为主,其中非药物治疗方法主要包括西医疗法和传统中医外治法。既往关于药物治疗的研究报道较多,然而尚缺乏对于非药物治疗的归纳和总结。文章旨在对非药物治疗SSD的进展进行整理综述,为临床治疗提供更多选择。

Somatic symptom disorder(SSD)is common all over the world,which can cause significant functional damage to patients and have adverse effects on their physical and mental health.At present,the main treatment methods are drug treatment and non-drug treatment,of which non-drug treatment methods mainly include modern medical therapies and traditional Chinese medicine external treatment methods.There have been many reports on drug treatment in the past,but there is still a lack of generalization and summary of non-drug treatment.Therefore,the purpose of this article is to review the progress of non-drug treatment of SSD,and to provide more options for clinical treatment.
