Development and Application of Rainwater Monitoring and Early Warning Program for Water Forecasting System of Minor Watershed

针对服务于在建水利水电工程的小流域水情测报系统雨水情信息监控和预警主要靠人工操作,预警时效性不佳等问题,利用VB.NET编程语言,在水情测报系统数据库的基础上,开发windows桌面应用程序,实现雨水情数据实时监控和预警等功能,有助于提高工作效率和预警信息发送的时效性。程序的应用能大幅缩短数据处理和预警信息发布的时间,为工程防洪度汛决策提供及时准确的信息支持,增加了处置应急事件的反应时间,提升了工程应对洪涝灾害的能力。

Aiming at the problems that rainwater monitoring and early warning in the water forecasting system of minor watershed serving water conservancy and hydropower projects under construction mainly rely on manual operation,and the warning is not timely,the programming language of VB.NET is used to develop Windows desktop applications based on the database of the water monitoring and forecasting system to realize the functions of real-time monitoring and early warning of rainwater data,which improves work efficiency and the timeliness of early warning information transmission.The application of the program can greatly shorten the time for data processing and early warning information release,and can provide timely and accurate information support for the project's flood control decision-making,increase the response time to deal with emergency events,and boost the project's capacity to respond to flood disasters.
