摘要
矿山地质水文钻孔具有孔深较深、孔径较小的特点,常规的采取回灌方式或利用潜水泵等设备做抽水试验,不能真实反应地层真实水文情况,收集的水文数据要么不能使用,要么不够准确。综合归纳分析各方面条件后,使用空压机采用气举反循环的方式做抽水试验,可以克服不利因素,满足地质水文孔抽水试验需求。通过空压机工作压力和产气量的核算,选定空压机型号,通过设计抽水三通罐、测绳通道等专用设施后,顺利开展抽水试验;抽水过程和结果都取得了良好的效果,数据准确,最终得到水文技术部门的肯定。
Mine geological and hydrological borehole has the characteristics of hole depth and small hole diameter.The conventional recharge method or the use of submersible pumps and other equipment for pumping test cannot truly reflect the real hydrological situation of the formation.The collected hydrological data cannot be used or accurate enough.After comprehensive induction and analysis of various conditions,using air compressor to do pumping test by means of airlift reverse circulation,we think it can overcome unfavorable factors and meet the needs of pumping test for geological and hydrological holes.Through the calculation of the working pressure and gas production of the air compressor,the model of the air compressor is selected,and the pumping test is carried out smoothly after the design of special facilities such as the pumping three-way tank and the rope measuring channel.The pumping process and results have achieved good results,and the data are accurate.Finally,it is affirmed by the hydrological technology department.
