摘要
采用超声波-水热法成功合成了石墨烯/ZnO光催化材料,并用紫外漫反射光谱、扫描电镜和XRD对合成样品进行了表征。根据光催化降解甲基橙的实验结果,得到了石墨烯/ZnO的最佳复合条件为t=200℃,超声时间为40 min,甲基橙溶液在复合材料催化下40 min内脱色率可达100%。
Graphene/ZnO photocatalytic materials were successfully synthesized by ultrason-hydrothermal method.The series of samples were characterized by XRD,SEM and UV diffuse reflection spectroscopy.The best composite conditions were obtained at 200℃,ultrasonic time is 40 min,by photocatalytic degradation of methyl orange experiment.The decolorization rate of methyl orange solution with the composite catalyst was 100%in 40 min.
