摘要
基于1,2-二(2-氨基苯氧基)乙烷-N,N,N′,N′-四乙酸(BAPTA)类配体良好的配位性能,设计以简单小分子有机物邻硝基酚、5-甲基-2-硝基苯酚、邻苯二胺等为起始原料,经6步合成得到一种新型BAPTA衍生物荧光材料,利用核磁共振氢谱、质谱、荧光、紫外等表征手段进行目标物分子结构测定,并进行合成线路优化与初步光学性能分析。结果显示,多步合成后目标物收率稳定,光学性能良好,为BAPTA配位性能筛选、合成线路与结构优化研究提供了基础。
Considering the outstanding chelation properties of 1,2-bis(2-aminophenoxy)ethane-N,N,N′,N′-tetraacetic acid(BAPTA),o-nitrophenol,5-methyl-2-nitrophenol,o-phenylenediamine and other organic small-molecules were incorporated as the initial materials,and a novel BAPTA derivative was obtained through a six-step synthetic route.The structures of the target BAPTA fluorescent material were characterized by 1H NMR,MS,fluorescence and UV-Vis methods,moreover,the synthetic route was optimized and spectral properties of the target were analyzed.The results indicated a steady yield and good optical properties of the obtained BAPTA derivative,offering evidence for the further studies on chelation properties,synthetic and structural optimization.
