苯酚羟化反应液中主产物的气相色谱分析方法 被引量:1

Analysis of main products of phenol hydroxylation by gas chromatography

摘要 采用气相色谱法分析苯酚羟化反应合成苯二酚主产物中苯酚、邻苯二酚和对苯二酚的含量。以内标法为定量分析方法,愈创木酚为内标物。内标物与待测组分在DB-1毛细柱上获得较好的分离。苯酚、邻苯二酚和对苯二酚的线性相关系数依次为0.997、0.998、0.998;样品平均回收率95.0%、94.4%、94.1%;相对标准偏差RSD<5%。该分析方法简便、准确,能够起到指导工艺生产的作用。 The contents of phenol,catechol and hydroquinone in the main products of hydroquinone synthesized by phenol hydroxylation were analyzed by gas chromatography.The quantitative analysis method is internal standard method with guaiacol as the internal standard.The internal standard and the components to be tested were well separated on DB-1 capillary column.The linear correlation coefficient of phenol,catechol and hydroquinone was 0.997,0.998 and 0.998,respectively.The average recovery of the sample was 95.0%,94.4%and 94.1%,respectively.The relative standard deviation(RSD)is less than 5%.The analytical method is simple,accurate and can be used to guide the process production.
