摘要
随着特大跨径桥梁在工程中的应用,超高墩塔施工作为项目关键节点,对保证施工质量安全、提升施工效率、降低施工成本提出了必然要求。以某特大桥工程项目为例,面对变曲率钻石形索塔钢筋施工问题,针对曲率变化创新性地采取了竖向主筋和水平箍筋模块化施工方法。相较于传统的节段单根机械连接接长施工法,主筋箍筋分别采取了模块化钢筋施工,具有适应性强、施工效率高、施工风险小、安装精度高等优势,取得了良好的经济与社会效益。
With the application of super long-span bridge in the engineering,the construction of super high pier tower as the key node of the project,had put forward inevitable requirements for ensuring the construction quality and safety,improving the construction efficiency and reducing the construction cost. Taking a super large bridge project as an example,facing the reinforcement construction problems of diamond shaped cable tower with variable curvature,this paper innovatively adopted the modular construction method of vertical main reinforcement and horizontal stirrup in view of the curvature change. Compared with the traditional segmental single mechanical connection and extension construction method,the main reinforcement stirrup adopted modular reinforcement construction which had the advantages of strong adaptability,high construction efficiency,low construction risk and high installation accuracy,achieved good economic and social benefits.
